RETURNS
Please note that exchanges, replacements or refunds are not made on special orders unless otherwise agreed upon by HOL. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged or missing returns are customers responsibility.

Each pair of shoes is made to order, please allow 10 business days for production.
